long day in city today... caught upon wit aaron n family after church for yumcha at some chinese place in chinatown... rushed later to meet ping2 at bourke for our 'seasonal gettogether'.
somehow, durin my grandma's wakes, God proceeded to remind me that it was imperative that cousins should maintain close ties wit each other, instead of constantly bickerin wit each other or even completely ignoring them.. thus my sense of urgency to meet up wit ping2 before i left for home.
It was fun.. walked arnd da city for abit.. then went to max brenners' for tea (basically its a chocoholics paradise...) I'd always wanted to go to max brenners ever since it first opened but somehow i never had the chance to patronise it. Anyhows it was a really mouthwaterin (n defintely stomach-bloating) experience... the damn jelat chocolate belgian waffles n e even more jelat chocoloate suckalot(dunno whether i spelt it correctly.. its some drink where u basically add bits of chocolate into some milk over a fire n wait for e choc to melt n... mmmmmmm...)
i love hangin out wit my cousins, although it was only recent that i started hanging out wit my maternal cousins after 2-3 years.. reminiscing, i din exactly hang out wit my older cousins that much when i was younger... prob because i was 'young, juvenile n immature' and was unable to communicate wit e much 'older, wiser n definitely cooler' cousins of mine.. well... gues when i got older.. i realised that cousins would always be cousins.. n they are indeed part of the family...
grandma's passing taught a valuable lesson... that we should continue to bond wit each other even though we have our personal differences towards each other... sth every kid would learn in CME/Moral Education.. which i only learnt just recently...
setting tt aside... exams are unfortuantely arnd e corner.. n hence my carefree life has now been confined to the 4 walls of my room.. plus e books n table
